At their brewery, they brew beer with ingredients that they carefully cultivate & harvest themselves. Winemaking is in their DNA, but brewing beer is their true passion. Hopfengrund challenges the boundaries of what’s possible, merging their two great loves into something truly unique.
Wine & Beer, Reimagined
They blend indigenous Austrian raw materials to create something special. The land is a treasure trove where they grow their own hops, herbs & grapes. What some see as limits, they see as opportunities—turning them into exciting, one-of-a-kind projects with friends. Fruits from Austria, rare seeds from Norway & techniques from Belgium come together in our barrels.
