BAD BOY

INGREDIENTS
bulleit rye whiskey  (72%)
syrup of brasserie de la senne stouterik  (7%)

blacksmith's meadery kriek mythology  (5%)

chocolate bitters  (3%)

angustura bitters  (3%)

water  (10%)

RECIPE

Grab yourself a nice whiskey glass & fill it with ice. Pour a serving (ca. 8cl)  of the prebatch over the ice. Garnish with a luxardo cherry, a zeste of lemon & a slice of orange.

BITTERSWEET
SYMPHONY

INGREDIENTS
rittenhouse rye whiskey  (72%)
campari  (7%)

antica formula  (5%)

orange bitters  (3%)

a juicy new england ipa

RECIPE

Take a wine glass & fill it with ice. Pour a serving (ca. 6cl)  of the prebatch over the ice. Top it of with the new england ipa & gently stir everything together. Garnish with a zeste of lemon & a twig of rosemary. Finish it all by slightly burning the rosemary.

CHAMPAGNE
OF BEERS

INGREDIENTS
one sugar cube
chateau de breuil vsop calvados

angustura bitters  (4 dashes)

geuze

RECIPE

Put the sugar cube in a champagne coupe. Drizzle a bit of the prebatch on top of the sugar until the cube has absorbed the liquid. Pour the rest of the prebatch into the glass & top it off with the geuze. Take a zeste of lemon as a garnish.
