legends, & recently also marketing-driven stories. For the first time, the origins of lambic are linked to historical events & their contexts. Raf provides surprising new insights into where, when & why lambic came into being, North-America’s role in it & the most original faro, lambic & gueuze & their etymology.
This talk is accompanied by a tasting of five lambics from 3 Fonteinen, expertly served by Gaëtan Claes.
